Dance Attack
I had the pleasure of helping teach and dancing in the Dance Attack for the 2011 Santa Monica Festival with Parker Gootkin and Noel Bajandas representing the Sweat Spot and GROOV3. We taught people an easy combo and then they were able to perform it at the main stage. Below is the video from the afternoon rehearsal. It was loads fun especially the little buddy I partenered up. He was adorable. He was like my little shadow following me around and dancing. BTW - Yes I had pink pants on. :P

A few week's ago I represented Gold's Gym for the 2nd time in the Gym Crew Challenge. A competition that pits dance classes from various gyms against one another. I am proud to say that we won for the 2nd time in a row. It was a great experience and it was a privilege to be dancing with Lamesha Vine. Here is the video of our performance. GOOOOO Hollywood/Vine!
